Nice Quiet place for a family event or gathering, comfy beds and plenty of amenities...

Exactly as described. Very firm beds. Paper Supplies, soaps etc were plentiful but no kitchen leftovers like salt n pepper, oils, sugars, etc so just plan to bring your own. Easy communication with owners. It took less than 10 mins to get to SCC parking lot. Getting to the cabin is easy. Leaving the cabin is a bit of an adventure on the roads but if there was icy roads you could easily just go out the way you came instead, even though part of it is a one way. Low traffic. I would have no issue booking again.

Theo’s place was just as described! Very clean and looked just like the pictures. They were very responsive during our stay when we had questions. The porches were really nice to sit and relax on. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cabin in Seiverville! The place was clean, spacious, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect being close enough to Pigeon Forge for restaurants and attractions, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.

Communication with the host was smooth, easy, and seamless. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house met our needs with seven adults and six children with everybody having a bed to sleep in. Also, the four spacious bathrooms allowed people to get ready. The location was great, being close to all the activities you would come to this area. Also a convenient, new hottub. There is no area for kids to play outside in this neighborhood other than the road with many cabins. Unfortunately, the house is worn and tired and in need of a major update. Many minor things are in need of some sort of repair. Though functional, the kitchen is not properly equipped to conveniently cook for a large group. Again, this is a lovely place it's just been highly used and worn. One little surprise, one of the ensuite bathrooms has no door, exposed to anybody in the bedroom ... so hopefully your family is close that way. Again, this place met our needs of a large family getting together to make special memories. Thank you Theo and team!

Had a great first experience at Sevierville Tennessee. I had celebrated my birthday here and had a great time with my friends. This is a great spot to be at. Theo is very welcoming and a great guy. Responds quick if you need anything 👍 ! Would go back here again for sure !

This place was beautiful, and within 5-10 minutes of pretty much anything you’d need or want to do while in Pigeon Forge. Our hosts were communicative and responsive with anything we needed, and we would absolutely stay again.

Cabin was great stay for the week, had remote feel to it just off the main strip. The cabin was cleaner than expected for being pet friendly, we travel with pets and felt right at home. 5 stars for Theo and his Team.

Wonderful place for a reasonable amount of money. Accommodated our group of 13 people of mixed ages well. Frequent and timely communication.

We were up for a family trip to Dollywood and had to change cabins at the last minute, but we were fortunate to get this place. The host was receptive, and check-in was a breeze. We were pleased with the cabin....except.....the TV situation is very convoluted in that there are no controllers for the living room TV and they expect you to use an app, but there are no instructions anywhere on how to do that. You are also expected to log into your accounts. I was disappointed and frustrated with that. I reached out for help and received a couple of texts, then nothing, ghosted, so we did not watch any in the living room. The beds are on the hardish side, but def not uncomfortable. I liked them. The place was clean and much smaller than the pictures show (they must have used a wide-angle lens), and the parking for 3 is more of a suggestion. 2 fit well with another in the front yard. Overall, we were happy with the cabin, would come back, and would recommend.

We were visiting for an event at the Convenience Center and Theo's place was beautiful, in a quiet and secluded neighborhood very convenient to our event.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and would love to come back!

The listing was great for 2 families in town for a volleyball tournament. 5 minutes from the convention center, lots of easy to get to restaurants and nicely equipped space to make meals.

Very beautiful cabin have neighbors but still private quiet and peaceful we have a Yukon XL and our daughter drove her Kia and we had no issues parking both vehicles plenty of dishes AC nice for hot days coming back exhausted easily would stay again and recommend thanks!

The photos accurately depict the cabin, which comfortably accommodates 14 guests. Parking instructions were unclear initially, requiring me to seek guidance for additional vehicles. The beds, though serviceable, could benefit from replacement due to noticeable wear. There was a shortage of extra blankets and pillows. Bringing your own toiletries was expected, but we found only one trash bag and no hand soap in the kitchen. Bar soap and hotel-sized toiletries were provided. We noticed mold in the vents before checkout; while I assume replacements were made, it's advisable to confirm before booking. Apart from these points, we encountered no other issues. Theo was a friendly host.

We enjoyed staying at Theo’s place for a birthday weekend getaway! It was a perfect location and the home was exactly as advertised. While there are homes close by it still felt secluded and private. Fair warning, the spiral staircase is quite steep so if you have mobility issues it is worth noting - we didn’t have issues navigating them but from the pictures we didn’t realize quite how steep they were. There is a way to enter from the outside though if you couldn’t manage the stairs. Overall it was a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was perfect and already got when we arrived! Would recommend :)

The place was just as described. Theo checked in often and was responsive to any questions.

While advertised for 14 people, the silverware, drink ware, and pans precludes such. We had to schedule timing for guests to eat. The bunk beds, while adorable, we’re so uncomfortable that my daughter and grandchild had to find different accommodations.

We had 13 family members coming in for Christmas. The cabin was spacious and slept everyone comfortably. We also had 4 local family members visiting throughout their stay, and had enough room to have Christmas dinner and enjoy our time together. The back deck is really nice!

Family from various locations traveled here to spend a long holiday weekend. Location very good, cabin wonderful. Plenty of space for all we needed. No issues, and had a great damily adventure!

Great space it fit the 7 of us very well. We have a bigger vehicle so had to do some maneuvering to fit in the driveway, but that’s pretty common anywhere we have stayed in that area of TN. Very comfortable beds and living area. The kids really enjoyed the downstairs area.

bathroom could use some bathroom hooks, limited parking could be described; we were three families in three cars and barely parked successfully

overall the place was great, very close to a lot of octivities, but at the same time private, once you enter the cabin area.

We had an amazing stay at Theo’s. We had plenty of room for a total of 13 guests. It was a great location, close to food and stores. However, it was secluded enough to feel very private.

Great location. Our first time to the area. Very close to attractions, restaurants, and stores. The host suggested great locations, and was very quick to respond. The game room was a hit for 5 teen boys. Kept them very entertained while the adults had a great time enjoying each other's company in the upstairs lounge area and hot tub.

We had a fantastic stay. This cabin fit our large family perfectly. My kids (aged 4, 9, and 17) enjoyed every part of the cabin. There is something for all ages. The back decks are so relaxing. The hot tub was used everyday. There is a cute spiral staircase to the lower level with an awesome entertainment room. Every bedroom had it’s own bathroom. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again ourselves. The cabin feels so secluded yet only 5-8 min from grocery, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Theo was quick to ask how or stay was going and quickly responds to questions. This cabin and host is 10/10, all the gold stars! Thank you Theo!

Our family of 11 had plenty of room. It fit us perfectly. The kids especially loved the video games and foosball. Great location for grocery shopping, recreational shopping and fun things to do.

Perfect place for a family getaway! The kids loved the game room and adults loved the hot tub. It was so nice that all 4 bedrooms had its own full bathroom. It was a convenient place for fun things to do around.

It was a great place to stay while visiting the areas of Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg. Area is quite and easy to access. Home meet all of our needs. There is plenty of space for a large family. Had a little trouble getting into the property on arrival, but Theo got it resolved. Overall, this is an excellent home to stay at.

Staying at this cabin was wonderful! We had a little trouble at first because the door code didn't work, but Theo was easily reachable, so it was solved quickly. The cabin itself was neat, clean, and so spacious. There was enough room for 8 of us. Not only that, the amount of cutlery and dishes were the perfect amount where we didn't run out. We were also very thankful for all the cookware that was available to us. We're also glad that there was a sponge, dish soap, and diswashing tablets available to us. It made cleanup nice and easy. The rooms themselves were so cozy, and each had enough towels for everyone. We didn't want for anything. Theo was very communicative and clearly laid out his very reasonable rules. We had such a great time here, and in the future, we'd consider staying here again. 5/5 stay!

Theo’s home was perfect for a getaway with family. Tons of room downstairs for the kiddos and their parents. Those of us without kids claimed the upstairs haha. Loved the dinning area on the deck but weather was a little chilly for that. Hot tub was spotless and the home was very clean.

We had one hiccup with the smart lock but Theo was very responsive with getting us in. I would love to rent this home again in the future!

Cabin was great for a group a people, with each group having their own bathroom. Location was perfect close enough to everything yet far enough of way to have peace and quiet. Theo was a great host, and the cabin was exactly as pictured. It was very clean upon arrival and cleanup instructions were a breeze.

Theo is a great host and wants to make sure everything is good. The house is great for multi families with 4 separate baths. Rustic setting but close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions.

Host seems like a nice guy, and check-in went smoothly, but the house really needs a deep clean. There was enough sleeping room for 7 adults and 6 kids, but we ran out of clean towels and there were no extra. There were no bathmats outside the shower in a couple of the bathrooms, and the sliding shower door kept coming off the track in one room, making it nearly impossible to open and close the shower door. We also ran out of toilet paper, and when we tried to cook breakfast one morning there were no measuring cups. There's a nice deck, but there were only two chairs and two rocking chairs out there, so the adults couldn't all hang out out there at the same time which would have been nice. Also, there's a steep and narrow spiral staircase between floors, so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues.

Our stay was great. Theo was a great host to work with. Rooms were spacious and the location was great!

Theo is a great host and his airbnb is amazing. There was more than enough space for our group of six. We could have added more people to our couples getaway. The first night we noticed that one of the beds was wobbly and contacted Theo. He responded quickly and sent out a handyman the very next morning. We slept comfortably the rest of our stay. The home is located relatively close to everything. There are grocery stores, a distillery, and restaurants located within a 5 minute drive. The home was clean and stocked with towels, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and more. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED this home, spacious, clean, the beds were all super comfortable, loved that everyone had their own bathroom and TV! And even tho everything you needed or anything you wanted to do was just minutes away when you sat on the back porch it felt like you were secluded in the mountain tops! Perfect place for my family to sit and talk for hours. Plus Theo was wonderful to work with, we will definitely be staying here again!

Due to some changes, we needed a place to stay for our family's vacation very last minute. Theo responded to me immediately after inquiring about his listing and was able to accommodate us. He was easy to reach when we needed help. The place was a great place to stay, had all the amenities we needed for our week there, and was easy to get to and access. Parking is right next to the house, which was great for loading and unloading. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location in proximity to Pigeon Forge without being near all the main heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the fun but you wouldn’t know because it’s quiet. I wish I had brought my whole family and will most likely do so in the future because it can fit so many people comfortably! Against a quiet wooded area and it was easy to get to. Master bathroom tub was jetted tub and very relaxing. I honestly think that was better than the hot tub. Thank you Theo for the peaceful place for the weekend.

If you want a nice house that’s close to everything. THIS IS IT!!! Check in/out was extremely easy. Host made sure we were taken care of and checked up periodically to see if we needed anything. House was extremely clean and loved the hot tub.

The cabin was well stocked in the kitchen. Hot tub was nice. The view is just of woods going uphill. No Mountain View.

We had a lovely stay at Theo's cabin! Everything was as advertised, the cabin--inside and out--was clean and tidy, the location was wonderful, and we felt right at home. Theo was a super host, very communicative and easy to work with. It was the perfect spot for a quiet weekend of relaxing. We absolutely recommend this cabin!

This cabin is much larger than the photos imply! Theo is very responsive to communicate with. The roads leading up to the cabin are a little iffy in the rain and the cabin needs a little bit of tlc but over all a nice place to stay.

This place is WAY bigger than it looks in the photos. It appears to be one of many cabins that were previously part of a resort called Echota. Great location just barely outside the touristy craziness. Our cabin was clean and beautiful inside and out. Hot tub was a hit with the family. TV was easy to use. WIFI worked well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely large home. Great for large groups. Private bathroom was wonderful. Parking is tight for large vehicles which can be common in these areas. Hot tub and game room a great bonus.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and roomy enough for the six of us. The location was good from the airport and other tourist attractions. Theo was very attentive to making sure we were happy and comfortable. Yes, we would stay again!

My family and I had an awesome time at Theo’s cabin. It was in the perfect location, close to a number of things to do/places to eat etc. It sits back off the main road and is in a secluded location with neighbors nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the fact that each room had it’s own bathroom, and the hot tub was a very nice feature. Pigeon Forge was about 20 minutes and Gatlinburg about 35 depending on traffic. It is a very touristy area, be prepared for waits at restaurants if you’re not up and out of the house early. Overall we had a wonderful time and appreciate the open communication and quick responses from Theo.

Theo was warm, helpful and super understanding. He even checked in on us to make sure if we were doing okay.
