GENERAL RULES
- There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
- Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
- No smoking is allowed
- Community pools are managed by the HOA. Any closures or maintenance activities are beyond our control. We will promptly notify you of any updates as soon as we receive them
- Be mindful of noise levels. Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors may result in a request to vacate

TRASH PICKUP & FEES
-Unfortunately, we’ve experienced some abuse around trash which puts a strain on our team. To help with this, we’ve implemented a trash policy.
Thank you for your understanding and adhere to it:
Guests are allowed up to 6 bags of trash per stay without a fee. Anything beyond that will result in a $50 trash fee.
MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
PARKING
- Failure to follow these rules may result in the host asking you to leave without a refund, and your vehicles may be towed. Please comply with the following:
1. ONE (1) reserved parking spot is available for your stay. It is numbered and located to the right of the property when facing it.
2. Two unreserved/unmarked parking spots in the neighborhood are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. No spaces may be saved or reserved.
4. Parking is only allowed in the designated spots above. Parking in common areas, in front of units, or on the grass is prohibited.
5. No parking of motorcycles, RVs, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, unlicensed, or inoperable vehicles in common areas, parking areas, or driveways. All vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
