This was our second stay with Halara at this property and it was wonderful. We had a lot of travel plans change during this trip due to work schedules and weather and Halara was very understanding, quick to respond, and accommodating. We were so grateful for her kindness and for the ease we experienced when we needed to make reservation changes!

It’s a gated community where we felt safe driving into. We had two big trucks- had to angle them in the driveway in order to fit. They were quick to respond to whatever question I had. Cleanliness was on point. There are 3 floors, kept the elderly on the first floor and everyone else scattered the two King size beds very comfortable, the basement has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds plus a big movie room. It’s equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking and serving. Enjoy your stay

A perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty space for our family. This beautiful cozy cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Just minutes away from downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood and a picturesque short drive to Gatlinburg. Our host was very responsive and our experience was outstanding.

Halara was top notch with communication! Beautiful views and great location. Literally about 10 minute driving to the main strip of pigeon forge.

This home was very comfortable and convenient to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. With two families with small children it worked well for us and it was great having the downstairs game and entertainment area to keep noise down. We had enough linens and the kitchen was fairly well stocked, though the large sauté pan should be replaced. I appreciated the plastic kid cups and plates. Comfy and quiet AND had owner access to Netflix, Disney, etc. so we didn’t have to use our own logins.

They are very responsive and accommodated an instant booking on the same day, which was helpful. The cabin met our needs. The photos made the living room appear to be a bit bigger than it really is in person, but they have it set up well with 2 couches and 2 chairs, providing enough comfortable seating. The primary bedroom is on the top floor, just in case anyone would have issues with stairs. The views off the deck are absolutely beautiful, it’s in a great location, easy to find, and the beds were comfortable.

we got to Tennessee little earlier then our check in time so I contacted them they responded quick they asked their cleaning company if the place was ready for us and I got a positive response from the host. when we got their and opened the door the place was stunningly beautiful very clean and welcoming I would definitely recommend if anyone is trying to get a Lil getaway from everyday work life restaurants souvenir stores are 5 minutes drive

Everything was just how described. We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed it. It was really close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, convenient to everything. We did have a little issue when we arrived with the place not finished being cleaned ( the cleaning people were very nice) but it was made right by Halara by giving us a late check out. I am overall very satisfied and would definitely book with them again.

This home is just as described! It’s beautiful. Very friendly and helpful. The home was extremely clean and smelled clean! There were 10 of us and everyone slept comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family! Would recommend 10 out of 10!

This cabin is easy to get to, conviently located, and has one of the best views I have ever had when booking a cabin. The host is responsive and friendly. I would stay here again and am recomending it to a friend.

I spent a week at this cabin and honestly didn’t want to leave. The back porch view was amazing. The location was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and thoughtful. Every detail made us feel welcome and comfortable.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home plus the bonus of a private hot tub, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated the place was. It had all the charm of a mountain retreat while still feeling modern and comfortable—a true home away from home.

The location couldn't have been better. Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, but still just minutes from Dollywood, great hiking, and tons of great restaurants and shops. Whether we were exploring the Smokies or just relaxing at the cabin, it was the perfect base for our trip.

Melanie was fantastic—super friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with mountain views, and the bed was super comfortable after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

We’re already talking about coming back! Highly recommend!

Melanie's place is EXACTLY what I look for in an Airbnb in the Smokys. Melanie was quick to respond when we had 2 questions. The views are incredible. You can sit on the deck and look at the mountains every morning like I did. The hot tub was clean and working perfectly. Parking was great, and the road was easy to get up. The inside is absolutely gorgeous! I need a cabin feel, but I also like "new" things. You aren't staying on 10 yo furniture here...it's new and fits the cabin! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were clean and comfy, and the kitchen was stocked just as I needed. There is a coffee pot and Keurig. There were a couple of spices left behind. I would have loved a gas grill, but that's just my preference. My boys loved the arcade games, movie theatre, and we played a lot of pool! I couldn't ask for anything more in a cabin in the Smokys. I've been 4 times now, and this one is perfect! Book it!
