While our stay was great, kids really enjoyed the pool, game area and hot tub, it was a far drive from Gatlinburg it self. I was also very disappointed that only 1 of the 5 bedrooms had storage (dressers or shelves) to store clothing. When I go on vacation I like to unpack and not live out of a suitcase. In the bedroom I was in the lamp was missing the switch to turn it on and off, so it just had to be plugged/unplugged to use and our bathroom door didn’t close unless you used 2 hands to pull it up and had to get the latch to stick. The bunk room was missing the TV remote, I was in communication with the host team but problem was never fixed. Just little things - that didn’t ruin the trip but people should know.

I could not say enough about this place. But I’ll start off with the host. Kara was always very timely in her response time and answered any question I had. I didn’t have hardly any, which also explains how wonderful and detail oriented they are as hosts. Their home was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could possibly want to make our trip to Tennessee easy and full of the best memories. If you are thinking of booking a trip to this house, or anything they own, think no longer! This is the spot for you! Thank me later.

Worked great for our large group. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our group. Great views from the balcony. Upon check-in we needed some extra toiletries and the host responded quickly and had items to us within the hour.

We were two families with tweens & teens traveling for Spring Break, and the spacious rooms & layout of this house were just what we needed! We had a great week here. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Plus the view was wonderful to wake up to!

The kids really enjoyed having the "basement" to themselves, with their rooms so close to the games and theater - which was their favorite of the various amenities. We didn't end up using the indoor pool because the room and the water were still pretty chilly, even though both were heated. It was quite cold out during our visit (nights in the 20s!) so I think they just couldn't keep up. So keep that in mind if you're booking during colder months.

We picked this cabin due to the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms it offered for our larger family getaway. It was a spacious cabin with room for everyone! Additionally, we enjoyed the extra amenities of the hot tub, pool, arcade and glow golf. The cabin was a bit older but overall clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at this 5-bedroom, 5-bath cabin in the Smoky Mountains was absolutely incredible! We had 14 family members with us, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The entire cabin was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in.

The amenities were next-level. The theater room became our nightly hangout spot, and the kids (and adults!) loved having both putt-putt golf and a ping-pong table right inside the cabin. The indoor heated pool was a huge hit too—perfect for early-morning swims or winding down in the evening. And the hot tub on the deck? Amazing. Nothing beats soaking while taking in those peaceful mountain views.

This cabin had everything we needed for the perfect family getaway. We made so many memories and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

View was beautiful but it backs up to a zip line company so you will hear that while relaxing on the porch. Home has nice amenities, especially for children. The home and linens were clean but for the price, I think a little more care on the maintenance side is needed. We also found out once we arrived that the sink water in this area isn’t great tasting. Plan accordingly and bring bottled water.

Great place to spend a relaxing few days with the family. Plenty of things to do for kids and young adults at the cabin. We will save this place for a future trip!

The house was perfect for our large family. There were plenty of activities for the kids and adults at the house and also comfortable spaces for relaxing. Having plenty of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready in the mornings. It was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. The home is in a quiet location but only a 20 minute drive to the many attractions in the area.

Ping Pong Table. Spacious room. Open kitchen. Beautiful cabin. Room for all the family! Pool room was too hot! Pool water was nice but hard to breathe sometimes when out of the pool! The entertainment room was nice but the projector kept over heating and some of the seats were broken. One of the bar stools at kitchen counter was broken and my daughter about fell out of it I to floor.

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was perfect for the seven of us on the trip. Our kids loved the game room and the pool. We all loved the movie room! The adults enjoyed the hot tub. We all loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view of the mountains. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with our extended family! All kids enjoyed the basement and all it had to offer. The upstairs was roomy for us all to feel comfortable and not on top of each other. Would come back!

We had a wonderful much needed family vacation. Ryan and Halara were great, if you messaged them one would get right back with you in minutes. Mountain View was are first Airbnb and it has set standards high for us. It was a well cleaned cabin. Plenty to do if you don’t want to go anywhere else. We enjoyed going to Ripley’s Aquarium , WonderWorks and Nascar Speedway that was all close by and easy to get to. If you are looking for a clean place with plenty of room and things to do. With plenty hot water, and cold air on them hot days. I highly recommend Splash mountain.

The house was exactly what we paid for. The views were beautiful. It was peaceful and the home offered plenty of space and exciting things to do for all ages. We will be back.

I had to purchase utensils, ping pong balls, and place blankets over windows due to broke blinds. Cleaners showed up on second day to tell us to leave, we were booked for 5 more days. Then we were told the hot tob was such a mess, they cleaned it twice.We would not use after we told such a thing. There are no instructions on anythings, lightbulbs are burned out through out the home including over stove. This home is not worth the $5000.00 I spent. Management was well informed and chose to wait it out to see if I review. Any type of compensation would went a long way, however I think they just hope i dont review the home.

Ryan’s cabin was just like everything he listed. He had wonderful communication.
The cabin was clean, stocked, and felt just like home! The air condition worked very well, there are plenty of pots and pans to cook with, and the pool and theatre room were perfect add ons to a vacation!

About the cabin, everything was clean and looked like the pictures, we appreciated this.
Also, everything was functional, which made it even more enjoyable. We appreciated the fact that they made sure everything was working before us going to the cabin, so we didn’t have to deal with customer service or plumbers to fix issues. (We lost precious hours doing this in other cabins, so we really care about this aspect, makes a big difference!)

We loved the inside heated pool.
We loved the living room area, very spacious (and kitchen bar). Kitchen was equipped with everything needed.
Each family had its own room with its bathroom, it was perfect.
You can never get bored at this cabin: lots of games for everybody and we could all play at the same time. Loved the movie theater!

House is spacious & met our large family needs. Pros and cons:

pros: amount of bedrooms, very nice indoor pool, nice bathrooms, beautiful view, big kitchen, smart TV's, game room, comfy beds, amenities were as described

cons: cleanliness was sub-par(we had to wash dishes that were put away dirty, bandaids in pool area, cigars in ash tray, socks behind a bedroom door which couldn't have been vacuumed, hot tub had a dirt ring), grill barely worked and we lost $40+ worth of meat, half of hot tub jets don't work, owner wanted pictures of items but we had already cleaned the items and grill

Unsure what the owner could have done to fix things in the moment. They stated they will ensure future fixes. Yet, looking at some reviews, issues happened before. Definitely need a new cleaning crew. It was a nice time outside of the cons. If all is corrected for future, we would think about using this again. I didn't want to complain, but had to bring this to owner's and future guests' attention.

Great family getaway place! It was even more open than the pictures suggested. Very clean!

The place was wonderful. There was lots of room for our large group to spread out, and having the movie theater was awesome. The kids all had a blast with all the extra activities. The owners were very responsive to any problems that arose (all super minor issues). The one thing I would mention, is that we ended up needing to bring water with us, as the drinking water wasn't great, but that was basically everywhere we went in the area.

We loved the cabin , we had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning in the future , thank you for allowing us to stay in your place and create memories

*Hot tub to be full, and hot; It was 74* when we arrived.
*lights on the porch not to be half burned out…
*some snacks and simple food/cooking oil/basics in the fridge….
**We expected clean water**
*As my 7 year old exclaimed, “it tastes like the ocean! It’s mermaid water!” It was full of salt and chlorine. The dogs wouldn’t even drink it.
*water pressure was poor throughout the house
*a neglected thorn bush grew onto the lower level porch, and cut me and got caught on my dog’s harness
*only left 3 pods for dishwasher, and 1.5 rolls of paper towels for a family of 6, for 5 nights; *Dishwasher rusty & broken in multiple places, wheels missing, gaps in silverware rack;
*living rm tv broken/unusable
*uncomfortable master bed (left aching back);
💫When a family pays almost $4k for 5 nights, we expect to have a 5 star experience. Unfortunately, this was not it…

I’m so happy we booked our vacation at Ryan’s cabin! We will definitely be looking to book again in the future. The view is amazing and the cabin itself is beautiful. It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly. There is a whole downstairs area for the kids which was perfect so the adults could have some kid free time while on vacation. We loved the back porch, it is so peaceful and a great place to drink your morning coffee while looking out into the mountains or having an evening drink and spending time with the family. It is also only about a 15-30 minute drive to everything you would want to do. Ryan was a great host! He was very responsive if we had any questions. The check in instructions were great as well! We loved that they made it simple to check in and out and didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key to enter and leave the cabin. I will definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to visit the area!

Ryan's place was beautiful. We stayed during the week so not very many ppl in the neighborhood which we like!! Beds were so comfy. Think kids liked the theater room the best. Very nice place with a great view. The burner on the stove sparked and would not work, but they sent someone out to fix it so we could make breakfast the next day!

Our family enjoyed staying at the cabin for a week. The beds were so comfortable and the grandkids loved all there was to do. We were on the go as well since everything you would want is within a half hour drive. We loved our trip to TN!

This cabin is exactly as pictured. It was beautiful. From the views from the back deck to the simple cozy decor. We ended up spending most of our stay at the cabin simply because we did not want to leave. The kids had a blast swimming during the day and relaxing and watching movies at night. It has everything you need. If you’re looking to go on a relaxing vacation and unwind this cabin is for you! Plus town is just a short drive down the mountain. The host checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our stay as much as possible. We didn’t have any issues but if we did I’m sure the host would be very responsive into getting the issue resolved for you!

We had a lot of fun. The kids loved the pool. The Arcade had so many different games that we put some new high scores on. The Bedrooms are spacious and it was easy for us to fit our playpen in for the baby. The theater room was great and we used it one night. The views off the back deck were better than I expected. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely book another stay.

The property was beautiful, everyone had such a great time. It was fun, plenty of stuff to do for all our guests. There are a few maintenance things to address, but as we found them we reported them to the hosts and they were extremely gracious to be informed. The hosts are wonderful, very clear in their rules, and quick to respond with questions and information as things came up. We will be back sometime!

We had a great time! Beautiful home, very peaceful and comfortable. We all had fun playing games, in pool and definitely enjoyed the theater room. Driving distance to places was close by. Especially the convention center was very close by. Where our granddaughters had volleyball tournament for the weekend. We all enjoyed it all.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the hosts are for this cabin. They are very quick to answer any questions or help you with anything you need. We had an amazing vacation, the cabin has so many amenities you really would never need to leave. Our family had so much fun swimming. playing mini golf and watching movies. Ryan's place is close to everything. Walmart, shopping and restaurants were only 13 minutes away. The host responded quickly to any questions I asked. The cabin views are picture perfect. I will definitely be staying there again.

Overall my stay was great.. The cabin was not properly cleaned, there were beer bottles/tops left as well as a bag of clothes in one of the bedrooms.. My stay was 4 days with 10 guest and I was told if trash exceeded 6 (small) bags I would be charged an additional $250 even though a cleaning fee was paid per night upon booking…

We’ve stayed at a bunch of airbnbs, they’re always good, but every great once in a while you hit one that goes above and beyond, this is one of those except WAY above and beyond, from the pool to the view it was simply a slice of heaven on earth, the hosts as well, super helpful and accommodating, I could go on and on, but I’ll simply leave you reviewers with this, the place was SERIOUSLY amazing, you should book this place immediately, indoor pool outdoor hot tub, gobs of room, mini golf theater room, loads of space for big or littles, dead honest when I say this place is a slice of heaven, everything was in working order and just amazing stay!!!!!

This was a very nice place up on the hillside in Sevierville with many other houses like it. It served as our anchor point for trips to Dollywood etc. It worked well for out family of 11. The pool was great and got used a lot in the cold weather. The putt-putt was really not useful for us. The free standing game machine was a lot of fun for several of our group. The place was clean with good amenities.
The reason we did not give the house our highest rating was there were several minor problems that we ran into. Now, I must say that the host was very responsive to our concerns, even responding to emails on Christmas day and sending over a tech the day after Christmas. But for an excellent rating these problems should have been addressed before we showed up. Things like broken toilet seat, missing toilet paper dispenser, missing TV controller, burned out lights, some towels with holes in them, missing pool towels, rods missing from blinds, an exterior door that would not lock..

Everyone enjoyed the cabin.

The host was very responsive and helpful and my large family and I had a wonderful time together. We even left something at the cabin that was promptly mailed back to us which we truly appreciated.

Some things to note about this place is everything is just kind of subpar. The couches had rips, the beds weren’t very comfortable, the games were all broken or missing something, the tvs didn’t work, including the main tv in the living room. The theater room dvd player doesn’t work.

Again, the price of the place really wasn’t bad and we all had a great time together but this place could use just a bit of TLC.

Our Thanksgiving vacation at Ryan's was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We met our children and their families there at Ryan's and there was plenty of space for all . The rooms were wonderful and spacious and we all enjoyed the hot tub and pool and pool table. We never even left! It was a great experience

This is the perfect place for either relaxation or going out and about. There was some construction going on at the next door cabin but surprisingly it went unnoticed. Our group of 10 loved this home.

Ryan’s place was awesome! Went on a work trip and shared this space with my coworkers. This saved a substantial amount of money vs staying in hotel rooms.

This was absolutely one of the best getaways. There were only 6 of us plus my 7 month grandbaby. My adult children live in separate states so we met at the property.
From our initial entrance, we were just taken back by the interior decor, space, layout, views etc the vaulted ceilings, all the beautiful wood. It exceeded our expectations!
We brought steaks, shrimp, ribs, kielbasa to prepare on the grills provided, the kitchen was fully stocked w everything we needed to prepare all we wanted.....
The mattresses were super comfortable, and we all slept very comfortably. The pool was really nice, and larger than expected, the hot tub was so relaxing and of course the views were spectacular, especially the sunsets and fall foliage.
The location was convenient to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg .
Ryan was super w communication, directions led us right to the door w no detours....
it was overall a great vacay, full of lots of laughter, love, and wonderful memories!

This is a beautiful cabin in a great spot. However it was clear to us that it had not been cared for and up-kept recently. We did have some issues with the dryer and fridge being loud or broken and various lights out and the space not being adequately cleaned beyond very superficial means. If looking to cook, the kitchen is not fully stocked so you may need to bring some things beyond the very basics. The hot tub was also out of care but still useable. We did bring this all up to the management company and they made it very clear that these items were on their immediate list to take care of, so theoretically they should not be an issue in the future. The management group was very friendly and very responsive to our concerns, so I have faith these will be resolved.

We did have some issues with the dryer and fridge being loud or broken and various lights out and the space not being adequately cleaned beyond very superficial means. If looking to cook, the kitchen is not fully stocked so you may need to bring some things beyond the very basics. The hot tub was also out of care but still useable. We did bring this all up to the management company and they made it very clear that these items were on their immediate list to take care of, so theoretically they should not be an issue in the future. The management group was very friendly and very responsive to our concerns, so I have faith these will be resolved.

We loved this cabin! There was so much to do in the cabin, like mini golf, swimming, and the hot tube. Anytime I had a question or a problem ,it was resolved or answered quickly. I will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future. Thanks again!

There were some minor hiccups during the stay. I reached out and got a fast response from co host Kara. Kara called me and was super friendly. Kara and the Halara Team corrected everything and made things right. Halara Hosting is definitely who you want to book your next vacation with.

However the pool water was so cold we did not get to enjoy it. The rest of the house was wonderful and perfect for a family to hang and enjoy each other for a long weekend in the Smokey Mountains!

The cabin was nice but $1000.00 a night was a lot to pay for us. Some things were not as expected. Lots of construction all day with the building of 4 cabins surrounding this cabin. Ryan's home was great for our extended family. The indoor pool, indoor putt putt golf, pool table and arcade kept the kids entertained. Close enough to town, while still having plenty of privacy and a chance to enjoy the mountain views!

Our stay at Splash Mountain was great! There were a few housekeeping/maintenance issues and Ryan was incredibly friendly and responsive and very open to feedback and recommendations to enhance future experiences. The view is beautiful, and there is a 50% off coupon for Wahoo Ziplines that I highly recommend using during your stay. One of the lines runs right in front of the house, so it was so fun to sit on the deck and watch our 17 year old boys go across and they loved their experience. The basement is a great place for teens, with the pool, pool table, theater, and putt putt all being on that floor along with two bedrooms with doors out to the patio. The hot tub was a huge hit, used almost nightly by the boys watching the sunset. The roads to the house were windy and narrow, but don’t let that deter you, it was a great neighborhood and within a 10-15 ride of everywhere we wanted to go. About 30 minutes to Gatlinburg depending on traffic. Perfect quiet nights, but close to everything

We had a great stay at Splash Mountain. Ryan was very communicative and the pool, mini golf, and hot tub were all as described. The cabin was an easy drive into heart of Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. If there was anything that could be improved upon, it would be soundsystem in the theater room. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful cabin. we really enjoyed our stay. They pool was quite chilly for us. Ryan did send maintenance out to turn the pool up however it was still a lil chilly for the kids to be comfortable in. The highest temperature it got was 75 not sure what normal heated pools should be but 75 was still to chilly for us. We didn't get in the pool as much as wanted and that was the one reason we rented. Other than the pool issue we loved the place

We splurged and got the big cabin for our family vacation and were not disappointed. Place was clean and the amenities were nice for the kids. Other reviewers were correct in that the place could definitely use some updates but I would not let that deter you from staying here. Host is proactive and seems to on top of things as well.

My family particularly appreciated the separation between the bottom bedrooms and top bedrooms. It gave us some privacy when needed. That said, the living area was large enough to accommodate all of us when needed.

Personally, we loved the location of the cabin. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge can be extremely busy and populated. It was nice to have easy access to the attractions but then go back to the cabin for some great views and quiet surroundings. If we ever go back to the area we would absolutely book here again.

The roads are windy, but all paved and easy to get to the cabin. Loved the pool and hot tub. Host Ryan was quick to respond to a couple of our questions. Ryan was a great host. He responded quickly to questions and was understanding when my daughter had car trouble and had to leave her car at the property until we could arrange towing. This house was amazing and perfect for our group of five adults and three kids! There was plenty of space for us to enjoy the activities in the house together as well as separately in the house. And it was conveniently located to Dollywood/Splash Country as well as many other attractions we discovered when we were there. Ryan's communication and responsiveness were top-notch and I was very impressed with the packet he sent before we arrived with all the information we needed for the house as well as lots of recommendations for things to do in the area.

Only challenge - and this is NOT a reflection of the house or Ryan - is that the previous guests left the house very messy/dirty so we weren't able to get settled in until later. Stacy (owner of the cleaning company) was incredibly kind and friendly; we were able to get into part of the house as she finished cleaning. Ryan was in regular communication with me about this the day we checked-in. This is a reminder to other guests to be courteous and clean-up after yourselves as much as you can so the house can be prepared for the next people, especially during a peak season like the summer.

This house was amazing and perfect for our group of five adults and three kids! There was plenty of space for us to enjoy the activities in the house together as well as separately in the house. And it was conveniently located to Dollywood/Splash Country as well as many other attractions we discovered when we were there. Ryan's communication and responsiveness were top-notch and I was very impressed with the packet he sent before we arrived with all the information we needed for the house as well as lots of recommendations for things to do in the area.

Wonderful place! Location was perfect - just as pictured. And SO clean. It was also so spacious - and easily fit three different families. A multitude of things to do - especially with kiddos. We could have never left the house and been totally content. Ryan was wonderful!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 12. We had guests ranging from 3 years old - 65 years old and everyone had something to enjoy. Great sized space to visit together and loved the number of bathroom's for our guests. Our favorite moments were daily swims in our private indoor pool, having "family movie night" in the screening room, and spending time on the deck in the hot tub or rocking in the chairs watching zip liners nearby. We also loved the ramp out front to make it easier for some guests to get in and out. Perfect place for our family to build memories.

We ate every single meal there. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. It has everything you need. The arcade and pool table was great for the older kids. They went ziplining right out the front door. So convenient. Every room had a tv, so perfect. We will definitely be back on our next trip to TN! Thanks for a good time!

This cabin exceeded all our expectations. The open floor plan upstairs was gorgeous and it was the background to many breakfasts and dinners. The porch had an amazing view and it was so quiet and peaceful everytime we sat outside. Also, you can’t really tell from the pictures, but the pool is huge. My husband and I brought floats to sit in while our three children swam around. The movie room and putt putt was also a big hit while we were there. It was the perfect backdrop to our vacation. Also, Ryan is very responsive and made sure everything for our stay was in order. He was great to work with! 10/10
