MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
- Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally
TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
-This area is very active with local wildlife, including bears, so it’s important to keep trash secured at all times. If the outdoor bin becomes full during your stay, please reach out to request a trash pickup for a small additional fee.
TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- Guests are allowed 6 bags of trash per stay for free. It’s no problem if you have extra bags! However, please note there may be a $50 excess trash fee.
BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
- This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices—not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
SEASONAL COMMUNITY POOL
- The Black Bear Falls Resort community pool typically opens around Memorial Day weekend in May and closes around Labor Day weekend in September (weather permitting), with daily hours from 10 AM to 8 PM.
- Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. That said, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will do our best to notify you promptly if we receive any updates or changes regarding availability.
