The quaint, resort-like village of Gatlinburg, nestled in the mountains of East Tennessee, is known for it’s beautiful scenery, great shopping, as well as its colorful history. The small resort town, commonly referred to as the “Gateway to the Smoky Mountains,” lies at the foot of Mt. LeConte and was once called White Oaks Flats during the 19th Century. Throughout the town’s history, settlers came to call this breathtaking community Gatlinburg.
Car or Uber would be the best way to travel in the area. Not many sidewalks. Recommend downloading GPS directions prior to arriving in area, as cell service can be spotty in certain places.
GENERAL RULES
- There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
- Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees

MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
- Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally
TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- Guests are allowed 6 bags of trash per stay for free. It’s no problem if you have extra bags! However, please note there may be a $50 excess trash fee

BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
EMBRACING THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
- Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.
