We had an absolutely marvelous stay at Ryan and Kara’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a basketball team and coaches, and the space was perfect for accommodating our group comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, recharge, and come together as a team. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. Communication with Ryan and Kara was smooth and responsive they made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.
After long days at the tournament, it was such a blessing to come back to a place that felt safe, peaceful, and like a home away from home. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay again in the future.
Highly recommend to anyone, especially larger groups or teams traveling together!

Stayed a weekend with my AAU basketball team and it was perfect for them and us during our tournament. Enough space for 15 people to sleep. Team really enjoyed it and some saw a bear for the first time in their life. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Easy to access house, clean, and had the best home feel. All amenities provided. Will definitely stay again!

The Airbnb was clean, and the communication was excellent. The only problems we had with our 15 guests was that there was not enough blankets, sheets, and pillows. We did not have enough plates, silverware, and larger size baking dishes. The bears were somewhat shocking; they were constantly going through our empty tubs in the back of the truck. We saw several bears all week. They were not aggressive; seemed more afraid of us than we were of them. The house itself, was smaller than what the pictures showed. We did bring two air mattresses; which was a lifesaver for a couple of teens. We needed more seats around the TV. Our High School was in the State Finals in football, so we all wanted to watch the game. Loved the balconies with the rocking chairs and extra tables; it could have used some better lighting out there. We needed more towels, dish towels and toilet paper. The 6 bag trash limit is pretty impossible with a group of 15 and it was Thanksgiving as well. Bonnie Black 11/2025

Super easy check-in process; very short drive to downtown Gatlinburg; several other cabins surrounding but a quiet and peaceful environment; lots of games and everything was super clean

Living room area was smaller than expected but overall nice, comfortable, and cozy place.

We had a wonderful time! After a small hiccup at the beginning of the stay everything went smoothly. It was easy to communicate and they kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was cleaned and had what we needed to make ourselves feel at home. It was in a great location and easy to Uber to and from. All the furniture and beds were comfortable, as we all passed out and slept like rocks. The hosts were wonderful and we would be happy to book with them again. Oh! Don't forget the hot tub! We even had a bear show up outside so, do make sure to lock the trash if you stay!

Best Siblings Trip Ever!!!. Ryan provided the perfect place for us to stay. The Gameroom was a hit with the kids (and adults). Jacuzzi was a hit with the adults! There was room for the young adults that needed privacy for their " me time". Kitchen was big enough. We saw bear each day in the complex. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge were full of family activities. Ryan & team were excellent hosts. I would gladly work with him again.

The cabin was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. This cabin was perfect for our quiet family retreat. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!

Every year, we hold a retreat for our TEEN group, and this location was truly the perfect fit. Everything Ryan shared was spot on. The cabin offered a peaceful atmosphere, yet there was an abundance of activities to enjoy inside. With ample kitchen supplies and an incredible washer and dryer, it was a wonderful experience! We are excited and hopeful to return.

The cabin was as described. The kids loved all the games they had to play. Loved that there were many bathrooms and large bedrooms. Kitchen had all you needed to prepare meals. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a lovely family reunion at this home in Gatlinburg. The kids loved the game room and adults loved the hot tub. When we had an issue, they were quick to take care of it. We were close to hiking, Dollywood, and the downtown of Gatlinburg.

The Smokey Stargazer was great. It was as advertised and really well appointed. Ryan was a phenomenal host and the home is so accommodating especially for a larger group. Everything was found as described and we really lacked for nothing. Ryan was a great host that cares for his property. Would definitely recommend Ryan and this property for anyone looking for space in Gatlinburg.

We had so much fun for my son’s 18th birthday! The boys had plenty of games to choose from, we had enough space for everyone to enjoy! It’s a beautiful cabin! They were able to assist us with a later check out, and very responsive with any question!

This was our second trip to this property. The place is great with plenty of room for three families! Our girls were playing volleyball at the Rocky Top Sports World and this place is located very close to it. We will book it again next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Fuimos 15 personas en este lugar queríamos pasar año nuevo en familia pero la casa estaba real mente sucia mi mamá tuvo que lavar baños por que tenían residuos de popo, el horno de la cocina tenía mugre que estoy segura que no es de una sola visita cobijas sucias y la tarifa de limpieza estaba realmente alta para lo deficiente que fue esta, reporte que el jacuzzi estaba sucio realmente sucio y la respuesta fue que me generaban un costo adicional y podían ir a el siguiente día a limpiarlo, cajones de la cocina dañados a mi mamá se le cayó uno en el pie cuando hacía el desayuno por suerte era nuestro último día allí, canecas de la basura con papeles especifica mente en el baño, un sensor de humo dañado no puesto, nevera sucia y Rota. A todo esto la respuesta siempre fue que iban a hablar con el equipo para las siguientes personas, pedí un reembolso de la tarifa de limpieza y no tuve respuesta unas vacaciones se convirtieron el hacer limpieza a esa casa y estar enviando evidencia de todo.

Absolutely Beautiful! I highly recommend this place with lots of space for everyone to enjoy (we had 8 adults). it was nice to have an open floor plan for the kitchen and living and dining areas. Everyone enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Close to all you want to do in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smokies.

DISGUSTING! Back flow of sewage into bathroom! Don’t rent! Basement smelled of sewage upon arrival. First flush upstairs, clogged, never refilled and was unusable. Last day sewage/feces water started coming up in down stairs bathtub. Then with every flush upstairs the downstairs to commode over flowed onto the floor. We had to walk through sewage feces to get our bathroom supplies. This was reported… no refund or discount was offered. It’s 2 weeks later and still waiting to hear back from the owner. We have rented multiple places in the past and have never complained but this is awful! They make you pay an extra $250 if they have to pick up your dog’s feces but if the renter has to deal with back flow of it… no response. (We didn’t have a dog just read it in the agreement) DO BETTER!

Stayed here with our daughters and thier families. We had a great time and kids enjoyed the cabin and hot tub. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, but also in peaceful and quiet location. All was great just wished we would have been told upfront (not the night before we were leaving) about only being aloud to have 6 trash bags or you would be charged $250.

There was definitely enough room for our family of 12 to sleep, but it was lacking in indoor hangout space. There weren’t enough seats for 6 adults to sit comfortably in the living room or downstairs game room.The weather was wonderful most of the trip, so we spent the majority of our time on the porches which were wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the games, pool table, and bunk bed room!
Please note that you are only allowed 6 bags of trash. We were there for 5 full days with 12 people. We had to take trash with us because there was $250 fee if we left more than 6.
Do NOT take Manis Hollow drive to get to Pigeon Forge! Our GPS took us this way and it is not for the faint of heart! The home was centrally located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There’s a quaint little area at the bottom of the neighborhood that everyone should check out as well!
We left something at the house and Ryan was more than wonderful about getting it back to us!

Ryan’s property was perfect for my family’s cabin trip. We definitely enjoyed our stay, instructions upon entry and leaving were very clear. Lots to do in the area as well.
10/10 I’d recommend this property to anyone traveling this area. Such a pleasure.

The cabin was a great size for a large group. The game room was a big attraction for our grandchildren on the rainy days. Having three floors of living space afforded everyone privacy. The location was ideally located close to downtown Gatlinburg.

I didn’t communicate with Ryan directly, but the hosting company he uses (Halara Hosting) was friendly and responded very quickly. The issue we had was the size of the washer/dryer and the fact that the dryer didn’t work. They did send a tech out while we were there and were very apologetic and nice, but couldn’t get it fixed at the time. It’s a very large place and accommodated our group of 14 nicely, but the washer/dryer just doesn’t match the house size. There were a couple of minor things the cleaning crew had overlooked, but nothing too major. Overall, I would recommend the house because if there is an issue, the host is very responsive and friendly; the location is out of town, but still close to everything; and the porch space is amazing. It’s a great place to relax.

The sofa and loveseat have both seen better days and are very uncomfortable to sit on. The beds need new mattresses they’re very uncomfortable. The pool table has stains on the felt where people have spilt stuff. The foosball table was broken. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. We have a hot tub at home so maybe we’re spoiled but this one is really old. It’s missing the headrest and has no jet pressure. It needs to be replaced. The pictures, blinds and baseboards have a layer of dust. I understand that this is a vacation rental in a very popular tourist destination. It was my family’s first time visiting Tennessee and they where amazed with this cabin. We are hoping to start doing this every year as a family. We would definitely recommend Ryan cabin, it was like 10 minutes away from downtown with made it so easy for us to do everything with out driving far.

Disappointed in the condition of the cabin. The refrigerator leaked on the floor several times a day that we had to clean up. It was repaired the day before we left. Toilet loose from the floor in the master bathroom, many light bulbs out inside and outside of the cabin. The fireplace did not work and when they came out he didn’t fix it and Ryan said we should not use it until the end of October. Stone falling off the fireplace hearth. We rented a cabin in the mountains for a reason. Cold nights by a fireplace = relaxation. Window blinds completely missing on the main floor by the pull out sofa. Drain plugs missing in the master bathroom and main floor bathroom.
We paid more on this cabin that the personnel mansions on the beach with an elevator. Light broken off in the master bathroom fan. These issues need addressed if they are going to rent this place out.

We rented a cabin in the mountains for a reason. Cold nights by a fireplace = relaxation. Window blinds completely missing on the main floor by the pull out sofa. Drain plugs missing in the master bathroom and main floor bathroom.
We paid more on this cabin that the personnel mansions on the beach with an elevator. Light broken off in the master bathroom fan. These issues need addressed if they are going to rent this place out.
Very dissatisfied with the conditions of the cabin. It could be a great place.

Ryan’s place was super clean and in a quiet location. The kids loved the game room and the balcony and hot tub were a hit for the whole family. The cabin is not far from the strip and restaurants. Ryan answered any questions we had quickly. Everything we needed was available to us. We will definitely stay again when visiting Gatlinburg.

This cabin was lovely. We did a girls trip and we all was able to sleep comfortably. It was so far up in the mountain which was great for us. And with it being nothing but ladies with us, we felt a little safe because the other cabins was close by and occupied. Sadly we didn’t get to see any bears and we wanted to see some so bad. Hopefully you all we will get the opportunity to see one!!!! I highly recommend you book this cabin!

Ryan was a great host and very responsive. It was a beautiful, clean, and fun place to stay. Great location to all the attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would recommend for families or anybody vacationing in the area.

Our stay was great! We had enough linen and were pleased with all the amenities. All instructions were clear and the host reached out multiple times to ensure that our visit was perfect.

Very cozy lodge cabin situated near Gatlinburg and conveniently located near a coffee shop/bakery and a grocery store. The cabin is suitable for larger gatherings (8-10 people). Beds were comfortable. Spa was very nice. We encountered some inconveniences upon arrival and during our stay. Ryan consistently responded quickly.

Cabin is in the ideal location for any events or plans in the area. The floor plan is great for large groups, the bedrooms are spaced so that weary travelers can sleep and not be disturbed. Ryan was easy to contact and responds within minutes. There was plenty of parking. The porches alone were worth the stay. We are already planning our trip back to stay here. We have traveled all over the world, this trip was one of our favorites simply because of the cabin and location. This is the one that you want.

Ryan is a great host and the cabin is amazing. About 20 minutes from pigeon forge and 15 minutes from downtown gatlinburg. Very clean and comfy beds. Any issues were quickly addressed.

We came with a family of 3! The 4 bathroom is wonderful for all of us! The kids had a blast with the pool table arcade! Hot tube is great as well! Ryan is super awesome! Answered all my questions before hand, during our stay etc!!! Will defiantly come back!

The cabin is spacious and in a good location to the national park and Gatlinburg town. The deck has lots of room; however, it was dusty and a bit dirty. Inside of the cabin was clean. The refrigerator and laundry dryer need some fixing/upgrade.

We visited Gatlinburg for a soccer tournament at Rocky Top Sports World. This location was perfect at around one mile from the fields. It was my first AirBnB stay and I was very impressed.

The unit was large with 3 stories and 4 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. We were pleasantly surprised to find an electric griddle, a spice rack, and little boxes of cereal. There’s a grocery store about a mile down the road so you can get supplies to cook your meals.

The two bedrooms upstairs (king and 4 queen bunk beds) had en-suite bathrooms and the other two bedrooms each had a bathroom close by. And each bedroom has its own TV.

The bottom floor had one bedroom, a bathroom, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, and two video games. It also had a stacked washer/dryer and we were pleasantly surprised to find laundry detergent to wash our uniforms.

The TV on the main floor also had a game console. Smart TVs in every room made it easy to access any channel you wanted to watch.

What we loved most were the decks on the first and second floors. Even though it was warm, there was a nice, cool breeze where we could enjoy time in between games and in the evening.

The first floor deck also had a hot tub for everyone to soak sore muscles from the soccer matches.

Overall, Ryan was very attentive and responded quickly any time we had questions or comments. I would definitely rent this AirBnB the next time we visit the area for a tournament or the local attractions like Anakeesta, Ober Gatlinburg, and the mountain coasters.

This cabin was perfect for my large family, lots of room for us to come together and spread out also. We felt at home right away. The beds are so comfy. The game room is amazing! Ryan and his team were fantastic with hospitality and communication. Nothing negative to say. Will definately consider staying here again for our next family reunion.
