We enjoyed our stay over Christmas! The place had enough places for 13 people to sleep which is nice with big groups.

This place is perfect for big groups! Everything was clean and instruction were clear. Stores are close and there are many option for places to eat that are not on broadway! Also a broadway is a 10 minute drive!

We had an amazing stay at Ryan and Kara’s place for our annual trip with 9 friends. The house was perfect spacious, comfortable, and the cutest decor for photos. Ryan and Kara were incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. They are some of the nicest hosts we've ever had the pleasure of staying with. We will definitely be looking to book here again for next year’s trip! Highly recommend!

The place was cute, close to downtown and Five Points two great place to visit and eat. There were 7 of us and we easily fit in this large space and enjoyed Nashville for an entire week.

This is place is AMAZING!! Highly recommend booking this location for anyone looking for a quick weekend getaway to Nashville! The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed, even down to a ring light and photo shot backdrop! The location was amazing and very close to downtown and all the other excursions we did in Nashville! It was also walking distance to a bunch of restaurants around which was so fun! Ryan and Kara were so responsive and helped with anything we needed throughout the weekend, making us feel so welcome and made our stay overall so amazing! Highly recommend booking with Ryan and Kara and staying here if you’re looking to go to Nashville!

I loved everything about this property, especially the decor & location! Close to almost everything nothing was more than 15 mins away!

Nice and clean

Ryan and Kara were super responsive and very accommodating. We had a group of 12 hockey players and loved this spot. Great area, close to downtown, and lot of common area to do group things. 5 star easy!

Ryan and the team are amazing. We met a cleaning employee during our visit and they were so friendly and recommended events in the area. Great location for a group of friends to get together and have a blast in Nashville.

Although the ambience was adorable for a bachelorette trip, there are a few things not listed. It started with the late check in. We went to check in at 4pm, and the cleaners JUST started cleaning when we got there after we were told numerous times it was ready for check in. At 4:45-5pm, we were finally able to go in. The Airbnb was clean to some extent. It heavily smelled like bleach. The air vents were covered in lint, dust, etc. I have pictures. The freezer was absolutely disgusting and the shower near the kitchen would have warm water for 30 seconds. Those are just the few things listed. The owner FINALLY responded after 3-4 days of no response. Although the stay had a couple bumps in the road, the owner compensated our $190 cleaning fee which is nice. Still a great trip and a cute Airbnb. Just needs a better maintenance/cleaning crew.

Great location super close to downtown and great restaurants/bars within walking distance. Perfect for a bachelorette trip as they have the place perfectly decorated for photo ops. Also our host was super responsive to any questions we had prior to check in.

Was exactly like the photos, had the best time celebrating my bachelorette. Close enough to walk to some good bars and restaurants for food and a very short Uber ride to broadway. This is the perfect place for a bachelorette!

This was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party! There were so many restaurants surrounding it and it was a quick Uber ride to the other areas. The place is beautiful and perfect for a girls’ trip. There were so many little details that made our trip so much better. We loved using the ring light to make our pictures turn out perfectly! Such a great spot!

Great place for pets! Lots of grassy areas right by the unit for quick pet relief but also plenty of green spaces including a school and library a block or two away. The surrounding neighborhoods provided nice places for pet walking as well. Plenty of amazing restaurants in easy walking distance at Five Points. Responsive hosts - if we had a question or an issue we felt it was addressed quickly and appropriately.

I had a great stay here with my large group! We felt very comfortable, and the host was very responsive and willing to resolve any issues that came up!

This spot is great! I booked it very last minute as my band got added to a big show in nashville and we needed somewhere to stay that had safe parking a few bathrooms and an easy pz check in process.
All those boxes were checked.
I did not realize it was a bachelorette themed room
so being 4 guys in there was actually pretty funny but it was still awesome
its close to everything
we had breakfast margs at snooze on our last day

Stayed overnight with a group of my students since we were traveling for a conference out of Nashville. The place looked exactly how the pictures showed. We loved the vibe! It was 8 of us in total and it was spacious enough.

The bathrooms were huge! They had the GOOD coffee available. Overall recommend 10/10.

Easy location to access everything in Nashville. $8 uber ride to broadway, close to Nissan stadium, Bridgestone arena, easy drive to Opryland

Very very very lovely stay. Great communication. And so helpful. Would back with them all the time. Very clean, very reliable very helpful. Stay here if planning to go to Tennessee. Can walk mostly everywhere. Great restaurants && five minutes away from downtown.

A convenient spot to stay with a group, if you are ok using Uber/Lyft to get around. The host had excellent communication and the place was as described. Only rating 4 stars because of the noise from traffic and rowdy neighbours, which made it hard for light sleepers.

Perfect for a bachelorette party! All 12 of us fit perfectly (with one bed to spare). It was decorated so cute and comes with a ring light and backdrop which was perfect for photos. Everything was as described in the post and the host was very responsive and communicative when we had any concerns we wanted addressed. It was a short drive from any of the main attractions of Nashville and is close to a grocery store and liquor store.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any large groups coming to Nashville!

Great girls’ weekend!!!! The place was perfect to hang out in the mornings before we headed to Broadway. We had groceries delivered from Krogers after we arrived since we didn’t rent a vehicle. The place was clean and the beds very comfy! We all liked it was on the ground floor of the building. The staged background for photos was so much fun for us all! Great touch that makes this place stand apart from other rentals!

The home was nice and perfect for my bachelorette party. The bathroom shower next to the main room kept flooding and the main room had random water spots. When I moved the bed I could see dry water spots which means this was something they knew about and didn't fix. The main vent cover in the main room was off. A chair was cracked in the kitchen. The bathroom next to the main room had a nail for towels it wasn't secure and kept falling off. The laundry room vent wasn't secured to the wall which made the clothes take longer to dry. Over all the place was nice the owner has some small things to fix. I just don't feel like I should be on vacation playing Mrs. Fix it. The owner had great communication.

My family went for our daughter’s 18th birthday and dance competition. Very close to downtown and the Gaylord where the competition was held. Ryan’s place was right in the middle of what we needed. Great location, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars. And 5 mins to downtown was great. Beautiful place but the rooms were not big enough for 8, bedrooms did not have closets where our suitcases were in the living room. Also, kitchen was to small to store any cold beverages or food to serve/eat for 8 people.
