Mountain Nest

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout our visit. It was definitely worth the price, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Nest by Halara Hosting during our trip to Tennessee! The cabin was exceptionally clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The location was perfect—tucked away in a peaceful mountain setting with beautiful views, yet only a short and easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We loved spending time relaxing by the fire ring and enjoying the scenery from the spacious wraparound covered porch.
We did experience a minor issue with the hot tub, but the Halara Hosting team responded immediately and resolved it very quickly. Their communication throughout our stay was excellent, and the issue did not interrupt our vacation at all.
If you're looking for a quiet mountain getaway that is still conveniently located near all the attractions, Mountain Nest is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at this AirBnB. The wrap-around porch was so peaceful, as we listened to the owls and frogs, and we even saw bears walk by while sitting there. The location was wonderful. It felt like we were way out in the country, surrounded by forest, but it was an easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinberg, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The hosts tried to think of everything to make the vacation wonderful, even if we did not leave the cabin for nearby entertainment. There was a fire-pit, hot tub, fooseball table, arcade, darts, airhockey, checkers and multiple big screen TVs. The place was spotless. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

I loved the lovely cabin itself, very roomy and nice. The location was great! 1. Got stuck for over an hour waiting outside cause the code didn't work and never did work. Maintenance broke through a window to let us in, which was weird.
2. The main bathroom shower drain didn't work. I have a picture of the reason why. It was clogged with piles and chunks of hair! Got it unclogged and working.
3. Nothing was cleaned underneath anything.
4. Couldn't use the washer because of the musty moldy smell.
5. The garbage cage outside is too small for families who stay a week.

Great host and location, would definitely come back again!

Nice decor, clean, well stocked, homey and comfortable The location is scary! Parking was a co start challenge with our 15 passenger van and a Jeep Cherokee. We stayed here because it had such an accessible entry for the handicapped people in our group. We had to park in the lower level though (with no entry) so had to walk up and down the steps a lot coming and going. The washer smelled moldy and there were centipedes and spiders in the lower level rooms. The lower level door has a bug entry gap when trying to lock it. Other than these issues it is a beautiful, clean, comfy place!

Absolutely loved our stay! Definitely will be booking another trip for next year!!

Host was on point, any questions I had they would reply under 30 minutes and they were very clear with any information and instructions. The cabin was beautiful and peaceful and perfect for what my family and I were looking for lots of space, lots of bed, a good outdoor space. We appreciate how it had a lot of home appliances like in the kitchen and bathroom. Would recommend for a weekend getaway with the family or friends!!!

I love the cabin! It has a really beautiful view with hot tub , it’s squeaky clean & very neatly organized, felt a little vintage + luxurious, same as shown in the pictures ..And the way to the cabin is also damn beautiful… overall, i loved the experience.

Halara did an amazing job at keeping this house clean! It had everything we needed in it! The views were amazing and we were so happy with it!

We enjoyed a long weekend at Mountain Nest and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. The house was clean and spacious for our party of 7. Kids enjoyed the downstairs arcade and we all enjoyed time on the deck taking in the beautiful scenery. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful. The hosts made check-in a breeze and were quick to respond to any questions. wifi worked great and no problems with att cell service. The location was perfect for us. We liked being 15-20 minutes from downtown for better privacy and views. I hope to book here again soon!

My family had an amazing time here! The house offered complete privacy and was exactly as described. I especially loved the lower level filled with games that kept the kids entertained for hours.
