We've set up a convenient electronic keypad on the front door, so there's no need to worry about carrying keys or coordinating check-ins.

Cabin is located just a couple miles from main parkway in pidgeon forge, far enough away from all the traffic and noise, but very close to all of the excitement.

Car or Taxi would be best way to travel to area. Not many sidewalks and some areas are hilly. Recommend downloading GPS directions prior to arriving in area, as cell service can be spotty in certain places.

GENERAL RULES
- $250 Pet Fee for up to 2 pets (dogs or cats)
- Additional cleaning fee for pet droppings left on-site
- Only guests on the reservation are permitted
- Large gatherings must be pre-approved and may incur extra charges
- Minimum booking age is 25

MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability

TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
- Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

POOL GUIDELINES
- Pool is heated and maintained every Monday
- Please shower before entering the hot tub and replace the cover afterward

TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- Guests are allowed 6 bags of trash per stay for free. It’s no problem if you have extra bags! However, please note there may be a $50 excess trash fee

BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
