This property is a breeze to get to. Easy access on the main road, nothing scary or treacherous to drive up, despite feeling secluded and serene in a quaint nature setting.
There are six steps as you go up the front porch, which offers a porch swing, a wonderful place to sit and listen to the birds singing in the mountains.
Feel free to make yourself at home with 24/7 access to the cabin – come and go as you please! We’ve set up a convenient electronic keypad on the front door, so there’s no need to worry about carrying keys or coordinating check-ins.
We do have security cameras located throughout the property, should you come across one, we ask that you do not touch it so that it can remain operational and do its job at helping ensure safety.
☀ Pets Allowed: There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (under 50 lbs)
☀ Guest Count: Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
☀ No Events: Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
☀ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
☀ No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. If any smoke odor is detected, a $2,000 fine will be charged for smoke remediation.
– We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
☀ Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
☀ Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally
☀ Dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans, ensuring the doors are shut
☀ Limit your trash to 6 bags
☀ Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
☀ Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking
☀ Guests must be 25+ years old to book
– Our cabin has a spiral staircase
– There are enough dining room chairs for 6 guests comfortably, with a max of 10, there are also 3 seats available at the counter
– Our cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. We ask that you do not feed them so that they don’t make this cabin their permanent hang out.
The listing was great for 2 families in town for a volleyball tournament. 5 minutes from the convention center, lots of easy to get to restaurants and nicely equipped space to make meals.
Our stay was THE BEST. Great, quiet, peaceful relaxing weekend get away. Theo’s home is very clean and welcoming. Location is very convent.
Definitely somewhere I would satay Again.
