Our cabin is located in a peaceful mountain community in Sevierville, Tennessee—just a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. Enjoy easy access to popular attractions like The Island in Pigeon Forge, Anakeesta, and the Titanic Museum, along with great dining and shopping.
Outdoor lovers will also be close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking, scenic drives, and wildlife viewing—making it the perfect mix of adventure and a quiet mountain retreat.
Our cabin is conveniently located just a short drive from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The area is car-dependent, so we recommend having your own vehicle for easy travel to nearby attractions.
Free parking is available at the cabin. Popular destinations like Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all within about a 15–30 minute drive. Grocery stores, gas stations, and local restaurants are also just a short drive away.
GENERAL RULES
- There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
- Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
- Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally
TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- We understand that longer stays and larger groups may generate more trash. Six trash bags per stay are included. If you anticipate having more than six bags, please reach out to us — we’re happy to help coordinate an additional trash pickup. Please note that excessive trash may result in an additional fee, as the county charges per pickup. Thank you for your understanding!

- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
- Guests staying at Eagles Perch have access to the year-round heated indoor swimming pool located in the Hidden Springs Resort!
