Getting Around
Located in the heart of Surfside Beach, this home is just a short walk to the beach and only minutes from local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the Surfside Beach Pier. Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, golf courses, and popular attractions are just a short drive away. A car is recommended for exploring the area, but many nearby conveniences are within walking distance.
GENERAL RULES
- Pets are not allowed.
- Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted.
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.
SUPPLIES & ESSENTIALS
- We stock the home with starter supplies to get you comfortably through your first day or two—toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels, and trash bags. MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability.
TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- Unfortunately, we've experienced excessive trash left behind, which puts additional strain on our team. To help keep the property clean and well-maintained, we've implemented the following policy:
- Guests are allowed up to 6 bags of trash per stay at no additional charge.
Any trash exceeding this limit will incur a $50 excess trash fee.
BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking.
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book.
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
HOA
- This property is part of the Beach on 9th HOA. Please help us keep the community enjoyable for everyone by following all posted HOA rules.
POOL
- Shared community pool for 7 homes.
- Open seasonally from April 1st through September 30th (weather permitting).
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- The community pool is managed by the HOA. Any closures or maintenance are outside of our control, but we'll promptly share any updates we receive.
PARKING
- Parking is available under the house for up to 4 smaller vehicles or 3 larger vehicles.
- 4 additional parking spaces are available in front of the pool on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No parking on the road or grass. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be towed by the HOA.
