We had a really nice stay and a great experience with the host. Communication was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The home was comfortable and worked well for our needs.
There were a few minor things noticeable upon arrival and the home felt a bit more lived-in than we initially expected, but nothing that took away from our stay. Overall, we felt well cared for and truly appreciated the host’s attentiveness. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Lovely property with great views! Everything is pretty accurate as listed. Please pay attention to the listing mentioning needing a vehicle able to make it to the cabin. We were in a FWD 4door truck with all-terrain tires and while we were able to make it up the incline, it wasn’t without genuine worry. Also note that if you are from out of state - this cabin is located in a DRY COUNTY!

Ryan and Kara were incredible. Quick to respond and the guide they provided was incredibly helpful and provided great local places to go. The swimming hole was wonderful! The cabin was peaceful, clean, and the hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend!

We liked that houses were not too close to each other. We liked that the river wasn't too far a drive. We liked branson was only a little over an hour away. We possibly got bedbug bites in king bed and the room with double beds. Some dishes were in cabinets but not clean.

My family of five had a fantastic time in this cabin and in the Jasper area. Relaxing in the hot tub after a rigorous hike was a real treat. Everything was clean and very convenient. I liked having coffee and breakfast with the wonderful view from the back deck. We would stay here again.

The cabin is very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils.

The drive up is really steep right at the last turn onto the cabin road. Don't stop at the top - another car did this and we heard them spinning their wheels trying to get up for about 10 min and they left huge ruts in the gravel. Just keep rolling. I would recommend the owner put a "don't stop, turn right now" sign at the top to avoid some of this confusion since that road is so steep.

Hot tub and view were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Water quality was good and plenty of hot water. We cooked dinner in the kitchen and had the utensils we needed.

My only other recommendation is to provide more laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We were only left with two pods for each both nights and had expected to do laundry after a muddy hike/float trip mid-trip so had to drive into town just to buy more laundry detergent. That felt a little bit stingy.

We had a great stay at the cabin, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed to cook, clean, etc for the weekend.

Beautiful house! Beautiful scenery. Wonderful place to come back and relax after floating the Buffalo River. Definitely would consider staying here again.

We loved our stay here. The cabin was beautiful and the views were incredible. We were doing some canoeing and this location was close to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice after coming off the river a little cold and wet. The cabin was close to some good restaurants. Everyone in our group was happy with our stay. Our hosts were very proactive and always responsive. We highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again.

Jasper Arkansas is a beautiful little town, great restaurants such as Ozarks Cafe and Cliffs Inn, and go get some pie at Daisy Queen! The locals were welcoming, the weather was perfect. The cabin was perfect, we grilled, enjoyed the hot tub and listened to the birds. We felt right at home.

There were just three of us, so we all had our own room, but this cabin could be great for a family, three couples or a large group of friends.

We very much enjoyed our elopement weekend getaway. Being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking to our destination and other elopement festivities was one of my favorite parts of the weekend. Besides getting married, of course. This spot fit our needs perfectly. We slept so good in the primary bedroom, the bed and linens were very comfortable

Great views! Close to town. Very clean! An unexpected event the last night caused some inconveniences, but they made accommodations to help with that and gave us a refund for that night. A little delay in communication between the team and the host, great response times from the host. I felt the pet fees were a little extreme. The garden tub is useless if more than a couple is there as it is completely visible from living area. We enjoyed our stay even with the unexpected issue the last day.

Nice cabin, had what we needed, great location

My husband and I booked a weekend to celebrate our 17th anniversary. It was perfect. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was clean with cozy vibes and a secluded forest feel yet really close to the coffee shop and restaurants. We enjoyed getting takeout and watching movies, listening to audiobooks in the hot tub and drinking coffee on the deck! Everything was great!

Great stay in a great location. I've paid nearly as much to stay in significantly worse places before. Ryan communicated incredibly well and there were no problems at all!

There are only two things I would be mindful of. The water heater is too small for a full fill of the jacuzzi, but this wasn't an issue for us since we just used the incredible hot tub instead. The road leading to the cabin is steep, and you'd be hard pressed to take a two wheel drive vehicle up or down it in bad weather. Ryan mentioned this to us, but the warning was only after we'd booked our stay. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues in our lifted Prius on the fine days we were there.

We had an amazing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the holiday. The cabin was beautiful with stunning views. The hot tub and fire pit were a great added bonus to relaxing over the weekend! Communication was superior! Highly recommend!

Great selection of cabins in a peaceful and quiet location yet conveniently close to town. It was exactly the cabin-in-the-woods-feel we were looking for! The place is decently well-equipped. If you like cooking, like we do, we suggest bringing some extra pots and utensils. In all, we loved staying here and would/will stay here again.

Perfect headway for our anniversary! Beautiful, private, and very comfortable little cabin. It was close to town and several little awesome cafes! I can wait to go back again! The steep road everyone mentioned actually wasn’t terrible.

We loved our cozy mountain getaway! The hot tub was so nice, we were grateful the kitchen had tools and pots and pans for cooking. Loved how there was paper towels and toilet paper. We enjoyed the grill and the outdoor table! Super clean and well organized. The only thing I’d mention is that the bathtub for the upstairs shower is in the hallway upstairs near the balcony, so if you are in a group, there’s only one bathing space that’s private/in a bathroom with a closed door. It was a great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July holiday. The AirBnB was easy to find, easy to check in and felt cozy. Our host left clear instructions which made finding everything during our stay a breeze. We enjoyed going to the Buffalo River not far from the cabin. I plan on booking again in the future!

Cabin was very clean! Bathrooms were spotless. Kitchen had all essentials needed. Host was always responsive to any questions. Check in was easy with instructions provided. Location was beautiful, but still just a quick drive to restaurants and a few stores. Make note of hosts suggestions about having a 4 wheel drive or at very least an all wheel drive vehicle. Final road into cabin is gravel, a little rough and steep. If ever in the area again won't hesitate to stay!

We had a great time, the air b&b was super relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed grilling out while watching my family enjoy the hot tub and fire pit all while looking at the great view. There is no shortage of things to explore for an outdoor loving group here, unbelievable beauty in the surrounding areas from the buffalo river to all the waterfalls near by and vista views. The location is great also close to about the only town for groceries and what not but still secluded and a short drive to so many cool things. Thank you for a stay that my family will remember for a lifetime!!

If you're looking for a place to stay in the Jasper area, book this spot now! This place is less than 5 minutes from the downtown Jasper square and was fairly easy to find. Nearby to other cabins but still very private. Driveway up wasn't an issue for us at all and I would imagine any car could make it just fine unless there was snow, ice, or extreme rain. Interior is very clean and stylish. King size bed and full bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs that each have what I believe are two double beds. The upstairs bathroom setup is a bit odd...there's a jacuzzi whirlpool tub just sitting in the corner of the hallway/loft area with no real privacy. Our kids loved it, but we stuck to the hot tub instead, ha. The hot tub is AMAZING and the view is spectacular! Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and basic kitchen amenities were provided, despite me reading reviews that stated otherwise. Perfect for a couples' getaway, girls weekend, or family retreat. We didn't want to leave!

The host is wonderful, the location is gorgeous, and the cabin is phenomenal. It is an ideal vacation option! Be prepared to bring ALL of your own food and beverages as there are no available coffees/teas, light snacks, or cooking ingredients like seasonings or shortening. Likewise, there are no hair dryers or ironing boards if you have to doll up for anything. It truly is a woodsy, cabin vacation experience that I would love to bring my family back to at some point.

Our girls get away was nice. It is a beautiful house in a lovely location. It has nice views from balcony. We were here in the fall and the colors were lovely. It is a great central location to the most beautiful scenery in Arkansas. The hot tub was the icing on the cake for us for the evenings. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Plains Buffalo cabin. The interior was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were free of bugs and very well lit and cleaned. It is very clear that they take hospitality seriously. The road getting up to the cabins can be a little intimidating. I would be a little hesitant to try and do it if it is rainy or icy. If you do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, I recommend not going here during the rainy season. When we were there, it was dry and our van had no issues getting up or down the incline, so don't let that stop you from checking this place out! 5 out of 5 stars for sure, this was an awesome stay, we would definitely go back again!
