Majestic Horizon is located in Sherwood Forest Resort, a peaceful gated mountain community in Pigeon Forge. The resort offers beautiful Smoky Mountain views and a quiet cabin setting while still being close to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Guests also have access to the seasonal community pool within the resort. It’s the perfect balance of mountain relaxation and convenient access to everything the Smokies have to offer.
Majestic Horizon is conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, giving you easy access to the area’s top attractions while still enjoying a peaceful mountain setting. A car is recommended for getting around, as the cabin is located in a mountain resort community with paved roads and parking available at the property.
GENERAL RULES
- There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
- Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
- Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally
TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- We understand that longer stays and larger groups may generate more trash. Six trash bags per stay are included. If you anticipate having more than six bags, please reach out to us — we’re happy to help coordinate an additional trash pickup. Please note that excessive trash may result in an additional fee, as the county charges per pickup. Thank you for your understanding!
BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
SEASONAL COMMUNITY POOL
- The Sherwood Forest Resort community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September (weather permitting), with daily hours from 10 AM to 8 PM.
- Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. That said, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will do our best to notify you promptly if we receive any updates or changes regarding availability.
