John allowed us to host our wedding at this property and it was beyond beautiful. I would message John at all hours and he was very responsive with reasonable timing. I couldn’t say enough good things about the host and property.

This property was awesome! It was perfect for our large group, with enough bathrooms, bedrooms, air mattresses, and extra beddings. The golf cart was a nice extra. There was a slight problem with the door code not working upon checkin, but the hosts were responsive and we were able to get in after a while. The kitchen was very nicely equipped that we were able to prepare our large holiday dinner. We cannot recommend this property enough!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place. It was the perfect spot to unwind and spend quality time with our friends. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and accommodating to all our needs. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Beautiful lakefront home with stunning views and plenty of space. The only sad thing about it was I wished the listing specified that during winter times the lake gets drained. We were looking forward to fishing off the deck but all there was mud.

We had so much space to hang out both inside and outside. The basement had lots of fun things to entertain the kids and adults ! Beautiful surroundings as well.

We had a family reunion of siblings and kiddos here and this home was absolute magic. The home is so beautiful inside and out and so well stocked with all the amenities needed for three families plus! Tony clearly takes excellent care of all appliances and making sure the home is updated and pristinely cared for. Outside, the property is well manicured and gorgeous. Dock is close and though I enjoyed the short stroll down to the dock, Tony provides a golf cart which was so great. I have zero notes or complaints and I can't wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was large enough to accommodate all of us and the setting was beautiful and felt very private. When we arrived one of the fridges in the main kitchen wasn’t working, but they had it fixed in a few days. If we decide to come back to TN we would happy to rent this house again.

We paid over $5000 for nights. The check in was 4pm. With such a late check there was some cleanliness issues. Tony was great, very responsive and offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but that would have delayed getting settled and it was already such a late check in. Otherwise a great experience. The photos matched the location. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Very nice and clean place with a beautiful view. There is a lot of space for a big group to stay. We have a lot of great memories and I would recommend this place!

The house, garage and guesthouse were wonderful. Felt cozy just like home. Clean and had amenities that were needed. Plenty of room for our large family. We wanted a ceremony on the deck for vow renewal but wasn’t able to access the decks. Lake was drained and debris filled our cove. Was sad to have paid what we did and not able to use it for what we planned for. Had asked prior because of the weather if all was well and unfortunately told it was a go… also, trash from prior guests was left in the garage with an awful stench. Hot tub was cloudy and smelled fishy. Our family tried to make the best of our trip. Checked off lists of checkout and cleaned our best. Thank you for hosting us!

The space fit our group perfectly. The bath rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed meals on the back porch overlooking the mountains and lake and kids playing on the large private driveway. Tony was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. We hope to make this an annual trip in Dandridge.

BEAUTIFUL home! Nothing beats waking up and seeing deer in the backyard with the lake and mountains in the backdrop! The amount of space this home has is amazing! The added benefit of a golf-cart was great! Home was beautifully staged and clean! Will definitely be booking this home again and Tony was great to chat with!

This home was great for our multigenerational family vacation! The house is set up really nicely for multiple families- loved how a couple rooms had multiple beds, so a whole family of 4 could actually fit in one room. Pool table, ping pong table, and arcade made for great late-night fun. Well stocked grocery store is

We, throughly , enjoying staying at Tony’s. The home was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of linens and cooking utensils! The boat dock was a great size! We rented a boat and felt very comfortable tying at the boat dock for the evening. We spent most of our time at the lake but was not a very far drive into pigeon Forge. Douglas lake is beautiful! I can , easily, see booking this home, again. Thank you, Tony! A great time was had by all of my family!!!

We loved our stay here. The house met all our needs. Location was exactly what we were looking for. The kids loved all the spaces to play and run around. The separate cabin was great addition.

The place was perfect for my family. We had 11 people and it was plenty of room. It definitely could hold more too.

Amazing stay; tidy house and property, super clean bathrooms, great mattress and linens, beautiful porch, quiet setting, and quick access from the interstate (only 10 min from the onramp!). The views are beautiful from nearly every room in the house. We loved the short walk down to the private dock to let the kids swim as well as the fun basement with its own kitchen, a pool table, foosball table, pac man game, and huge TV. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware that we needed. It was also great to be able to pull our car into the huge garage with plenty of room to unload our suitcases and wheel them straight into the house thanks to the zero step entry from garage to house. We're looking forward to our next trip there and would recommend this home to any group, big or small!
