– Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
– Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

– Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
– Please limit your trash to 6 bags
– Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

– Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking
– Guests must be 25+ years old to book
– Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.

– This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
