GENERAL RULES

MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Please place the cover back on after use to maintain cleanliness and rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally
FIREPIT & OUTDOOR USE
- Always supervise children around open flames
- Ensure firepit is completely extinguished before leaving unattended
TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
TRASH PICKUP & FEES
- Guests are allowed 6 bags of trash per stay for free. It’s no problem if you have extra bags! However, please note there may be a $50 excess trash fee.
BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
SEASONAL COMMUNITY POOL
- Located in the scenic Cobbly Nob resort, this cabin offers both tranquility and convenience. It’s just a short drive to two community swimming pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and offers easy access to nearby Gatlinburg attractions. The neighborhood is peaceful and provides plenty of opportunities to explore nature and unwind.
- Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. That said, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will do our best to notify you promptly if we receive any updates or changes regarding availability.
