Smoke on the Water

We had an amazing stay in the mountains! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We spent the 4th of July here and had such a great time. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Our family of nine loved this home. Beautiful view and the kids loved the pool, games, and movie room. The adults loved a little bit of me time on the deck enjoying the view and the bear sightings. The en-suite bathrooms were wonderful to have. The shower/bathroom off the pool was a big plus

We loved the cabin, very scenic and family-friendly. The only issue we had was with the automatic lock. The code didn’t work at first because there was no electricity in the room where the internet router is installed. It took us a while to get in, and that’s the only reason we gave 4 stars. The host was responsive, but it seems like they don’t live close by or it’s managed by an offshore team.

We booked this home as a last-minute getaway for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers), and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our teenagers made the most of the pool and pool table, while we all enjoyed the breathtaking mountain views. Even with temperatures in the 90s, the covered balcony had a wonderful breeze that made it the perfect place to relax. We spent countless hours out there, beautiful sunsets. I even accidentally enjoyed a peaceful two-hour nap one afternoon. It was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed. We would happily stay here again!

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A great place to stay! We really enjoyed this place! it was in a beautiful setting with great views! The decks were all comfortable and serene, a great place to relax! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! We even enjoyed the neighborhood bear which we got to see a couple of times. The place was clean and comfortable with fabulous amenities! We would totally stay here again!

The home was perfect for our two families. The 4 kids were always entertained with the pool, hot tub, video games, pool table and theatre room. The home was very clean on arrival and the hosts were very responsive, which was greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay with this host in the future.

The host was very great at communicating throughout the booking process, and responded quickly to any questions I had after check in. The bnb was stunning! Very open and spacious! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the weekend ! The high chair was very accommodating for my little niece. Kitchen was stocked with every appliance we could have needed. The views, stunning! Plenty of parking! The indoor pool, with the door code for safety was reassuring, as we did have a 2 year old that liked to adventure up a down the stairs. Thank you for hosting ! We will definitely book with you again!

The photos don’t do this place justice! The views are absolutely beautiful, and there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Everything exceeded my expectations. 10/10 — I would definitely come back again!

First time visiting the Smokies and we had a wonderful 5 days with our pups. Beautiful place and we felt right at home. Very comfortable house with all the comforts you need.
Very comfortable beds and linens.
And that view …. WOW!!!
Even saw a momma bear and baby bear walk to thru the property.
Great communication and super easy check in.
Can’t wait to stay again.

This home was very beautiful. The open concept upstairs with all the windows really makes for breathtaking views! We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and hot tub several night's. The kids loved the game room and theater. Plenty of room for several families to have their own space and still be together.

This house has it all. The views, the outdoor fireplace and sitting area, indoor pool and outdoor hot tub, movie room and game room were all amazing! The house is very spacious and well kept. Kara and her team were very responsive from the moment I booked and throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us. Not too far from pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough for the peaceful/private getaway in the mountains. Just beautiful!!

Beautiful, very clean, and incredibly spacious home — perfect for a group! We loved having two master bedrooms, a huge living room, and bathrooms on every floor.
The porch had a gorgeous view with comfy seating, and the fireplace was so easy to use. The movie room and game room were a huge hit, and the kitchen setup (especially the pantry) was great.
Quiet neighborhood and about 30–35 minutes from Dollywood. We did have an issue during our stay, but the hosts were very responsive and worked to make it right, which we appreciated.
Overall, a great stay!

Two days before arrival, we were told our original stay was "double booked" and moved to a neighbor property. Management only offered a 10% discount on a future stay after I requested a resolution multiple times. This was odd, as they’d previously asked if we wanted to extend our stay or arrive early.

Check-in was a mess. We arrived with two toddlers after a 5-hour drive and had no code. Once provided, it didn't work. We waited 20 mins outside before getting entry. Inside, the house had no power. I asked for a supervisor; they stopped replying.

The biggest issue was the grill. A grease fire broke out because the grease pan was overflowing and hadn't been cleaned in months. We had to use the extinguisher and throw away all of our food. Management never acknowledged my message about the fire. Checkout rules weren't sent until an hour before departure. Beautiful home, loved the media room and enjoyed the hot tub, but very poor communication and maintenance.
