GENERAL RULES
- There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
- Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
MID-STAY CLEANING
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
HOT TUB GUIDELINES
- Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
- Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally
TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
- Please limit your trash to 6 bags
- Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears
TRASH PICKUP & FEES
-Unfortunately, we’ve experienced some abuse around trash which puts a strain on our team. To help with this, we’ve implemented a trash policy.
Thank you for your understanding and adhere to it:
Guests are allowed up to 6 bags of trash per stay without a fee. Anything beyond that will result in a $50 trash fee.
BOOKING DETAILS
- Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to book
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
