Welcome to Wylie’s Retreat – Your Lake Wylie Getaway!

Our lakefront cabin features 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 18 guests. It is perfect for family vacations or large groups visiting Charlotte, NC!

Enjoy direct lakefront access with paddle boards and kayaks. In the evening, unwind by the fire pit or in the hot tub. We provide a variety of video games and toys to keep the little ones & big ones entertained throughout your stay.

Guests will have full access and use of the lake house 24 hours a day.

Wylie’s Retreat is a gated home. There are two automatic gates located at the front of the home. The first gate on the right when you arrive is the ENTRANCE gate. The second gate on the right when you arrive is the EXIT gate.

You will receive a gate code to enter on the keypad.

☆ TO EXIT ☆

Please follow the directions listed at the property and in the digital guidebook sent to you to exit properly.

Please Review the Following Information Prior to Your Stay and Contact Us if You Have Any Questions. ☀ You May NOT Use The Kayaks and Paddle Boards Unless You Have Agreed to the Waiver. ☀ Do NOT Use The Indoor Fireplace. ☀ Do NOT Touch, Tamper With, or Use the Boat. ☀ Use the Dock At Your Own Risk. ☀ Swim At Your Own Risk. ☀ Use Caution When Walking Around the Property. There Are Natural Deviations in Grading That Can Result in Injury if You Are Not Careful. ☀Do NOT Make Large Fires in the Fire Pit. ☀ Do NOT Leave Warm or Hot Embers in the Fire Pit. ☀ If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund. ☀ There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets. ☀ An Additional Fee Will Be Charged To Your Reservation If Pet Droppings Are Left Inside Or Outside. ☀ No Large Gatherings Or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed And Approved Prior To Booking With Your Host. Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it’s important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won’t occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.

The house is beautiful! Very spacious, neat ana clean. Our family enjoyed our stay. There’s not many pictures of the rooms in the listing which had me worried but they’re just as beautiful as the rest of the house .

Came here for a family wedding. Had plenty of room for the family, with space to be alone when you wanted to. The bonus house was a great option for privacy from the main house. Early mornings on the deck drinking coffee with a lake view was so peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Loved this spot on Lake Wylie – We spent most of our time gathering outdoors with the deck, fire pit, and dock. Plenty of room for 11 adults and 2 infants. WiFi was spotty for working from home.
