We (4 adults and 4 kids - ages 6-12) had a lovely time at this place at the end of March. It is private and not too close to other places while still being close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. The kids had fun being in the basement with their own space or in the indoor pool and it was nice because it was their space and with the pool being indoor it didn't need to be heated. However, there were some drawbacks: (1) they need to hire a different cleaning crew and do a deep clean because there was dust everywhere and in all the vents; (2) the photos must be from at least a year if not more before and the place has seen some wear and tear (we could not play pickeball because the net wouldn't work); and (3) the projector in the pool did not work. On the upside: the management company was super responsive to everything and that always makes things better and also the place does have hair dryers. Our kids said they'd definitely stay there again - high praise.

The house is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Indoor pool was great for the kids, outdoor hot tub was great with the snow we got. We cooked all our breakfasts and dinners in the home and the pans, silverware, electric stove, and broken can opener, etc were less than ideal. Overall a great experience for our vacation with incredible views.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was the perfect place for our family trip. The cabin was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The location was beautiful and peaceful, but still close enough to everything in Gatlinburg. We especially loved the views and the cozy atmosphere—it really made our trip special. Everything was well prepared when we arrived and the host was very responsive and helpful. Our whole family made so many great memories here, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing mountain getaway!

15 minutes to downtown, a lot of amenities, scenic views.

Our group of 12 really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The views from upstairs were literally breathtaking. There was plenty of living space and bathroom space for our group. One thing to note though is there are no doors to separate the en-suite rooms/bathrooms. I had a teenage boy and girl and a young boy and his mom in a couple of those rooms and it was a little awkward for them as they had to take turns in the rooms come shower time. It is an interesting design and one that I missed while booking the cabin. Just make sure your entire group is comfortable with these living arrangements.
Our host was incredibly responsive to any questions that I had. Their communication was the best I have ever experienced! They responded to me within 30 minutes every time I messaged them! We stayed here for five nights over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic - perched at the top of the mountain with breathtaking views. The drive up is a bit steep, but the scenery makes it completely worth it.

The host was outstanding and extremely responsive, always replying within minutes, which was especially appreciated during the holidays. The home matched the listing well, with all amenities as described and everything functioning properly.

The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked with towels, toiletries, blankets, and other essentials. It worked perfectly for our family visit. One of the nicest touches was the beautifully decorated Christmas tree provided for our stay - it really made the holiday feel special.

Overall, this was a comfortable, enjoyable stay in a great location, and we would happily recommend it, especially for families or a holiday getaway.

This was my 3rd visit to Gatlinburg And Pigeon forge area , for an annual Cabin Trip with family and Friends. I can truly say this was one of the best cabins we have stayed in. The location was very easy to find. Didn’t have any bumpy rocky roads . Nothing but Smooth pavement. The cabin itself was in a great location with beautiful views and the room that I had , greeted me with a beautiful sunlight every morning. My family, friends and I really enjoyed it. The only downside was for me, It was just a little dusty so maybe when your cleaning people are there cleaning make sure they show detail to dusting the areas that may not have been used but my overall review is a five star beautiful cabin and would love to come back again next year.
