We’ve set up a convenient electronic keypad on the front door, so there’s no need to worry about carrying keys or coordinating check-ins.

– Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
– Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
– We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability
– Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
– Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

– The Sherwood Forest Resort community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September (weather permitting), with daily hours from 10 AM to 8 PM.
– Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. That said, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will do our best to notify you promptly if we receive any updates or changes regarding availability.
The listing was great for 2 families in town for a volleyball tournament. 5 minutes from the convention center, lots of easy to get to restaurants and nicely equipped space to make meals.
Our stay was THE BEST. Great, quiet, peaceful relaxing weekend get away. Theo’s home is very clean and welcoming. Location is very convent.
Definitely somewhere I would satay Again.
